Green energy from leftover breadcrumbs: cogeneration according to Amadori

With the aim of reducing energy consumption and improving energy saving, Gruppo Amadori has decided to invest in cogeneration from biogas at Mosciano Sant'Angelo plant, in Teramo. Using waste such as proteins, fats and residues of breading, the 625 Kw plant produces for own consumption  14,800 KW thermal energy and 16,000 KWh of electricity per day.
