The perfect integration with the environment of the Saint Vincent Hospital plant
Case history
The Saint Vincent Hospital is the largest of three hospitals that make up Bruyère Continuing Care, a Canadian healthcare organization that provides continuing health care in Ottawa. A 663 kW cogeneration plant has been installed at the Saint Vincent Hospital to meet the facility’s electricity and heating needs. The distinctive feature of the plant? It has been positioned on a specially-designed metallic structure because the hospital has a hillside location.
