The Cimaco Group is a historic Mexican company that operates a shopping center in the Torreon area. To address the need of increasing the efficiency of its energy use and to be more competitive on the market, Cimaco has put together an Energy Committee, which chose cogeneration technology to achieve these goals. The project was approved by the Committee and financed by the credit institution as the ROI was satisfactory and it was determined that the costs of the project would not affect the company’s normal performance.
