Callux project: 36 billion euros and more than 500 fuel cells for cogeneration

With the support of the German government, a group of companies in the energy industry has set up the Callux project, with the aim of developing fuel cells applied to micro-cogeneration in order to produce heat for the domestic sector.  Field tests have produced excellent results: costs have been cut by 50% and plant duration has exceeded 20,000 hours of operation.
