The DeveloPPP Project and 1,670 MW for micro-cogeneration in Mexico

An idea by GIZ (German development organisation), in partnership with the private sector, has come to fruition in the DeveloPPP project for developing new technologies in markets around the world. In Mexico, GIZ has forged an alliance to implement a micro-cogeneration pilot project at the Metropolitan Autonomous University, the aim of which is to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and to make the thermal energy sector more efficient.
